Employees are the company - Take care of them


Why do companies spend money and time on staff appreciation gifts? Is it to motivate, inspire and retain their employees? Statistics show that salary alone will not keep employee content.
Why do most good employees to quit their jobs today? Forty-one percent of human resources rank limited advancement potential as the number-one factor for leaving. However sisty six percent say they left because they didn't feel appreciated. When companies fail to promote from within or do not clearly communicate the advancement opportunities clearly show that they are not committed or do not value the current staff they have.
Millions of dollars are spent each year on hiring and training new employees so why don't more companies invest in that staff they have. Internal training programs show that you as a company what the best for your staff. Public recognition and praise is another way to build loyalty and instill loyalty and motivation.
Several ways to recognize staff is through organized appreciation programs such as birthday gifts, new baby gifts and once a year staff appreciation gifts.
