Easter celebrates Jesus Christ’s resurrection, making it the ultimate essential of all Christian holy days. However, nowadays the meaning of the holiday is covered by colored eggs and bunnies. Easter can fall at any time between March 22 and April 25 since is occurs the first Sunday after the full moon. Easter is also connected to the Jewish Passover in symbolism and it’s location in the calendar. What’s with Bunnies and eggs and Easter? Well the bunny is a well know sexual icon of fertility.
